Why use Commercial cleaning services ?

Our service commences with a meeting with you to discuss your cleaning requirements. We don’t specify how we clean – you do.

If you are moving into a new house or apartment you may choose one of our one-off deep cleans to ensure your new property is spotless before moving your belongings into your new home.

You may choose to start your regular cleaning service with a one-off deep clean, with subsequent visits at a frequency of your choosing. We will work with you to create a bespoke package that meets your specific requirements. We will obtain details from you of any particular products that you would like us to use, as well as any products that you would prefer that we do not use. We will agree with you on the specific tasks you want us to carry out, identify areas that are to be included or excluded from the cleaning schedule, and the day/time that you would like us to provide your cleaning service.

Our service operates from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

We will then provide your bespoke cleaning service in accordance with the requirements set by yourself at our preliminary meeting. Changes to your cleaning schedule can be made at any time with a minimum of one weeks’ notice.

We have partners providing specialist upholstery and carpet cleaning services which we can arrange for you within your regular schedule or on a one-off basis as and when requested by yourself.

We offer other services which can be incorporated into your cleaning schedule, which include a laundry/ironing service for clothing and cleaning internal windows.

We offer a free key holding service if you prefer your cleaning service to be undertaken whilst you are away from the property.

Every room in your property can be included or excluded from your program and specific tasks for each room undertaken to your requirements
